About Me
My search for an active, healthy and happy lifestyle first led me to a 16 year career working on Super yachts as a First Office and Dive Instructor. From my time at sea I learned that it is not just exercise that will maintain
a healthy body, but also eating nutritious food, avoiding pollutants and enjoying nature.

This passion for an active healthy lifestyle eventually drove me to pursue a career learning and teaching health and fitness. I completed my levels 2 Yoga Alliance instructor training in Australia's beautiful Byron Bay,
C.H.E.K. Holistic Exercise & Lifestyle training and Reiki Level 1 in the USA and Lynne Robinson's Body Control Pilates Level 3 in London.

I've combined these formal qualifications with my life experiences, private study of food and nutrition, and a
natural affinity for teaching to help people achieve their lifestyle goals.

So here I am inspired, happy, healthy and looking forward to sharing my skills with others and making a
difference in people's lives.
