Working together with a holistic approach combining Yoga, Pilates, Fit ball and Medicine ball training we will
create the perfect program for you. Beginning with a detailed evaluation of your, core stability, muscle
imbalance, posture and functional movement analysis.
With this information I will design a program for you to achieve your goals and objectives.
Holistic Exercise Package
One of my goals will be to design and teach you a Holistic Fitness program so you will eventually have all the
skills needed to practice by yourself, creating a package to meet each individuals need and levels of expertise.
Book a package of 10 sessions, recieve a 10% discount and at the end of the program I will present you with
your own sequence and the skills needed to continue practicing on your own. I also offer a follow up service for
re-assessments and ways to intensify/modify your program. Book the package of 5 sessions and at the end of
the program I will present you with the information and skills needed to continue practicing your program on
