Why assess your lifestyle?

Have you ever wondered why you can't seem to lose weight or increase your energy?
Small lifestyle changes can make a big difference to how your body responds to exercise!

I look at the balance between your health and lifestyle to find out exactly what your body needs to improve your overall health.
By evaluating what stresses our bodies have to fight every day from poor nutrition, lack of sleep, lack of fluids, postural imbalances and lack of correct exercise we can better understand the difference between a body "trying" to function and the body that works well allowing time for physiological repair, rejuvination and fighting
injury or illnesses.

The right exercise program for you is essential. We are all individual with different goals and physical needs. By looking in depth at you lifestyle, physical needs and goals we can then make a lifestyle/exercise program that will change the way you look and feel about your body, improving your health and vitality.

Holistic Lifestyle Package
Using the C.H.E.K evaluation system of a specially designed questionnaires. I will be able to evaluate and suggest ways to start making changes to you lifestyle to help you achieve your optimum health and teach you a Holistic Lifestyle program so you will eventually have all the information needed to incorporate it into your daily routine.

Book the package of 10 sessions, recieve a 10% discount and at the end of the program I will present you all the information needed to continue your program at home included is a free 1/2 hour follow up service for re-assessments and ways to intensify/modify your program.
